Hi everyone, I'm Giorgia, a 32-year-old Italian woman with a deep passion for both animals and neuroscience :) 

From childhood, I've been surrounded by animals, starting with the little birds my mother kept, and later, my very first pet, an adorable tiny hamster. As I grew older, my love for animals only deepened. My life took a wonderful turn 10 years ago when I met someone desperately seeking a home for a foster cat. That's how my beloved Yuki came into my life, and we've been inseparable ever since.

I'm also fortunate to have a sister who shares my passion. While I fell in love with a tiny street cat, she rescued a sweet little dog from the shelter, naming her Jenny. Although I’ve always enjoyed playing and cuddling with friends’ dogs or even with strangers' dogs at the park, having Jenny in the family made me realize that my love extends equally to all animals. There’s no bias in my heart: whether cats or dogs, I love them all unconditionally.
