I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear that she genuinely love and understand dogs. She was professional, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt safe, happy, and loved.

Jen sent regular updates, including photos and comments about my dog’s activities, which gave me so much peace of mind. She made sure to change all the pads, fill up my dog’s food and water bowl, take her out for walks, and set up the dog puzzle toy before she left our house like I asked her to!

We will definitely be booking with her again!

I am very happy about the cat sitting with Jen 😊 she really took good care of my 2 cats, spent sometimes a long time looking for the most shy one hiding in the most tricky places just to be sure she is fine and send me a picture. Jen was really easily reachable, flexible and sent me daily pics and videos of the 2 furry balls. I think we were also both happy to see that after 4-5 days the most shy cat had started to be a bit more relaxed in her presence and could even be cuddled 😊 I would definitely book her again in the future next time I travel 👍😸
