"Polina gave me confidence from the very first moment with the very nice comments on her page. When we contacted her later, she was very kind and understanding. Nina, I had said in my profile that my daughter is not very social (she does not socialize with other dogs and is timid). The other dog sitters I contacted actually prevented me from seeing the affection inside her with questions like 'how is she not social', 'no, I can't', 'how social is she'. Polina said from the very first moment that she could approach her with love and that this situation was not a problem and I said, here I am, I found that compassionate person. She sent me photos whenever I wanted. I am very happy that I trusted a loving family."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the care Alina provided to my dog. From the moment we met, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and my dog was immediately relaxed and happy to be around her.
Alina was incredibly attentive to all of my dog's needs, from feeding and walking to playtime and cuddles. Communication was excellent and Alina kept me updated with regular photos and messages, so I knew and could see that my dog was in great hands.
My dog came back happy ,relaxed and even clean. I can highly recommend Alina to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter. We will definitely be booking with them again!"

"Franzi war und ist die beste Hundebetreuerin, die man sich für seinen Vierbeiner wünschen kann. Sie hat ein riesengroßes Herz für Tiere. Mein Hund hat sich direkt sehr sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.
Auch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Es gab regelmäßig Fotos und Updates.
Ich kann mich jeder positiven Bewertung nur anschließen und habe absolut nichts was ich zu verbessern wüsste!
Also wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einer Betreuung für euer Haustier seid, dann ist die Franzi die absolut Nummer 1 und die erste Wahl :)"

"Naz watched our dog Silky for 5 days while we traveled. Her love and care for Silky was apparent from the moment they met and the day I picked her up. It was so reassuring to see the pictures she sent of their time together, and you can tell from every picture that Silky was being treated like a beloved family member :) What more could you want from a pet sitter? Naz even went out to get food and clean up bags for Silky because I forgot my bag of items for her in my rush to get to the airport.
